| 摘 要： | 商品住宅建筑设计方案评选是房地产企业工程成本控制的关键环节。依据建设部JGJ47-88规定,建立商品住宅建筑设计方案评价指标体系,利用熵与未知测度理论建立综合评价模型,并通过实证分析验证其适应性和可操作性。

| Abstract: | To evaluate and select a architecture design scheme of the commercial residential building is the key to control project cost of the real estate corporation.A relative index system to architecture design scheme of the commercial residential building is formed according to JGJ47-88 of the Ministry of Construction of China.Then a comprehensive evaluation model is built based on entropy and unascertained measure theory,and through an example to verify the applicability and feasibility of the model. |
