我国教育公平制度实施机制探析

实施机制是落实教育公平制度的基础,是实现教育公平目标的保证。现阶段,我国教育公平制度实施机制存在制度缺位,主体不清晰,惩戒力度不足等问题,制约着我国教育公平的发展,要实现教育公平,必须进行制度设计和机制创新。要以教育行政执行机制保障教育公平,以舆论监督机制导向教育公平,以学校自律机制维护教育公平,以政府综合实施机制促进教育公平,以评价评估机制反馈教育公平,以创新实施过程机制落实教育公平。

Analysis of China's Implementation Mechanism of Fair Education

Implementation mechanism is the basis of implementing fair system of education,the assurance of realizing goal of education fairness.At the present stage,China＇s fair system of education implementation mechanism has some problems such as institutional insufficiency,unclear subject and insufficient punishment and so on,which restricts the development of China＇s education fairness.To realize education fairness,we must undertake system design and mechanism innovation.And we should ensure education fairness with educational administrative enforcement mechanism,guide it with public opinion supervision mechanism,maintain it with school self-discipline mechanism,promote it with government comprehensive implementation mechanism,conduct the feedback of it with evaluation and assessment mechanism,and implement it with innovative mechanism for the implementation process.
