| Abstract: | According to the development experience of integrated urban underground pipeline system, the technical issue has not been the key technical problem to restrict the construction of underground space, but it is limping in China. This paper discusses and compares the existing financing model and problems of integrated urban underground pipeline system in China, and finally gives some recommendations. |
