摘    要:针对三爪自定心卡盘卡爪弧形齿原加工中存在的问题,提出卡爪弧形齿铣削加工工艺的具体实施方案。实践证明,改进后的加工方法,获得良好的加工质量,满足多品种卡爪弧形齿的加工要求,生产率高,降低产品成本,减轻劳动强度,具有良好经济性。

Abstract:According to the problems of general scroll chuck of the original milling claw arc tooth during process, this paper puts forward a concrete implementation scheme of milling claw arc tooth processing technology. Practice has proved, after the improvement of the claw arc tooth processing method, it obtains good processing quality, satisfies the processing with many varieties of the claw curved tooth, has high productivity, reduces product cost, reduces labor intensity and achieves the good economic performance.
