| 摘 要： | 基于在焊接工艺评定过程中出现的过程混乱、评定试件形式过多及评定项目重复、覆盖不全等问题,根据有关标准和焊接实践,本文从评定流程、评定规则、评定项目、焊后消除应力热处理的保温温度时间及冲击试验温度方面进行了分析和探讨,为压力容器制造单位的焊接工艺人员在进行焊接工艺评定时提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the chaos in welding procedure qualification process , too many forms of assessment and evaluation of specimen duplication of projects, incomplete covering issues , in accordance with relevant standards and welding practices, the paper analyzed and discussed evaluation process, evaluation rules,assessment of the project,the insulation stress after welding, relief heat treatment time and blow-test temperature,which provided reference for pressure vessel manufacturing units welding staffs ean＇y out welding process of welding . |
