| 摘 要： | 面对新军事变革掀起的巨大浪潮,中国的国防现代化建设,走过了几十年艰难曲折的道路,取得了一定成就,今天已经跨入一个新的历史阶段。在新的历史起点上,必须深入研究新军事变革的特点规律,探索实现我军现代化跨越式发展的根本途径,调整国家安全战略,推进中国特色国防现代化建设,确保赢得战略主动,开创我国国防和军队现代化建设新局面。

| Abstract: | Faced with the huge wave brought by the new military revolution,China＇s defense modernization has gone through decades of arduous road with some achievements,and today it has entered a new historical stage.At the new historical starting point,we must research the characteristics of the new law of military transformation,explore the fundamental way of leap -forward development,adjust the national security strategy and promote national defense modernization with Chinese characteristics to ensure the win strategic initiative and create national defense and army modernization construction. |
