基于SWOT法的甘肃省高职高专教育专业结构分析

甘肃省高职高专教育专业结构种类比较齐全,专业数量和规模在一定程度上能够适应国家制造业大发展的现实和趋势,专业设置基本能够体现传统优势和区域特色。与此同时,一些专业出现了教育过度现象,专业结构与支柱产业的适切性较差。高职高专教育专业调整面临国家工业化和甘肃省实施工业强省战略等有利环境,也面临甘肃省第二产业结构与就业结构呈低度相关关系等不利因素。

To Analyze on the Professional Structure of Education for Gansu Higher Profession and Higher Technicality Based on the SWOT

Types of professional structure of higher technological and professional education are complete in Gansu Province and the present number and scale can to some extent adapt to the reality and trend of the manufacturing development of our country. Professional settings can basically reflect advantages of traditional and regional characteristics of Gansu province. At the same time, there are over-education phenomenon in some professions, the relevance between professional structure and pillar industries is poor. the professional adjustment in higher technological and professional education is facing both optimistic environment that industrialization of our country and the strategy to build Gansu an "Powerful Industrial Province" and pessimistic factors that the Gansu second industrial structure has lower correlation to employment structure.
