从雨水利用的角度应对城市内涝的治理

近年来,灾害性天气频繁出现,城市雨水内涝问题越来越严重,给城镇的经济生活带来了极大的不便,严重阻碍了城镇的发展。降雨超出城市排水系统能力,形成洪涝灾害,造成极大的损失,影响城市安全与正常的运行。本文通过分析近年来我国城镇的内涝问题,从雨水利用的角度提出了一些内涝的治理和预防措施。

From the Perspective of Rainwater Utilization to Deal with the Governance of Urban Waterlogging

In recent years, severe weather occurred frequently, and urban rainwater waterlogging problem is getting worse, which bring a great deal of inconvenience to town＇s economic life, seriously hindered the development of the town. Rainfall exceeds the capacity of urban drainage systems, forms floods disasters, causes great losses, impacts urban safety and normal operation. Through analyzing China＇s urban waterlogging problems in recent years, this paper proposes governance and preventive measures from the perspective of rainwater utilization.
