| 摘 要： | 教师资源结构是否合理是衡量高校教师人力资源建设是否成功的主要标准,因而构建有效的教师资源结构合理性测度体系对高校具有一定的现实指导意义。文章初步构建了高校教师资源结构合理性测度体系,从而为该领域的后续研究奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Reasonable teacher resource structure is the main criteria which measures the success of university teacher resource development,thus constructing an effective measurement system about the university teacher resource structure＇s reasonability will has some practical guiding significance to the universities.This article initially constructed a reasonability measurement system.The results will lay the basis for the follow-up study. |
