| 摘 要： | 随着精细化管理理念不断应用,极大提升了多领域工作人员工作效能,尤其在工作考核方面,考核结果直接影响被考核人员的利益,因此对考核精细化管理提出了迫切的现实需求.文章从航天一院科技委专业组考核精细化管理目标出发,进行了影响因素剖析、总体思路设计、工作内容分解,并就实例探讨了专业组考核精细化管理,建立全员参与、高效务实、精准协同的考核体系,为保证航天一院科技委专业组考核工作要求及时、规范落实奠定了基础.
