Problems and Suggestions on Supplier Management in Oil and Gas Enterprises: Taking CS as an Example

With the application and development of supply chain management,enterprises realize that they must make full use of internal and external resources to maintain their competitive strength.As an important external resource,supplier management is related to the balance of enterprise costs and benefits.And we must first do a good job in the selection and optimization of suppliers.According to current situation of CS company supplier management,we explore operational optimization solutions that fit the enterprise,in order to provide some reference value for the supplier management practice of large oil and gas enterprises in China.
