Research on the Application of the Migratory Talents

Under the socialist market economy,talent flow has become an effective way to make up the talent shortage in our country;thereof an increasing contradiction between the demand and supply of people with ability promoted a new talent flow form—＂migratory talent＂.So what are they,where do they originate and what they will bring to our country＇s personnel status？ This paper deals with these issues on a preliminary basis.
