| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,他们专业水平的高低直接关系到教学的质量,大学生是祖国的未来,民族的希望,建设一支高水平的辅导员队伍,是高等教育发展的必然趋势,我们应全面加强大学生思想教育工作,提高辅导员的专业知识水平。本文从对高校辅导员队伍职业化专业化的内涵、意义的思考,试着提出了高校辅导员队伍职业化专业化建设的有效路径。
