| 摘 要： | 教学团队建设是专业建设与发展的关键,也是提升专业教学水平和教学质量的重要保证。通过电气工程教学团队建设,明确了团队的建设目标,改善师资队伍的学历和职称结构,增强教师的科研与实践能力,并对教学内容和教学方法进行改革与探索,提高了团队成员的综合素质,实现电气工程专业整体教学质量和人才培养质量的快速提高。
