地方院校人力资源管理专业的发展定位及学生入职潜力培养

摘    要:人力资源管理专业是当前高校中最具发展潜力的专业之一。地方院校要获取专业竞争力、培养出满足市场需求的学生,本文认为必须解决好发展定位和学生入职潜力两个问题。区分培养层次,体现特色方向,满足市场专业细分的需求是地方院校人力资源管理专业的发展定位;培养学生认知人力资源专业胜任力,明确可在校培养的个性要素、知识要素和技能要素,通过各种方式锻炼和提升学生的入职潜力。
