复合标底投标报价博弈研究

随着中国建筑企业管理体制改革的不断深入,招投标制度在中国得以推广应用。当前,我国的大部分项目的评标标底采用复合标底,投标企业要想在激烈的竞争中赢得中标,就必须采用科学的报价方法。从博弈论的角度出发,分析了投标报价的相关因素,建立了复合标底的博弈模型,通过一个实例演算该方法在实际中的应用,并证明此模型是有效可行的。

To Study on the Tendering offer of Composite Bid Based on Game Theory

Along with the reform in China＇s construction industry, bidding system has been put into practice in China and attained certain achievements. At present, most of our evaluation of projects using composite bid, the bidding companies want to win the tender in the fierce competition, it is necessary to adopt a scientific method. The article analyze the impact of the tender from the perspective of game theory, build a complex model of the Game Theory through an example in the actual application, and prove that this model is feasible and effective.
