Study and Practice for Providing Information Services to Local Government and Businesses by Information Related Schools in the Minority Areas:Based on the Practice from School of Information Engineering at Sanming University

This paper is based on the local serving practices of Information Engineering School in Sanming University. It discusses the approaches to overcome the issues of poor local IT industries, and they could be adopted by the colleges of the universities in the revolution and minority areas. Theses colleges of university should open their minds, step out academic major limitation, work together with local government and local businesses, and promote the deep fusion of informatization and industrialization.
