| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了辽宁省海洋经济运行监测与评估系统架构、运行网络框架及系统平台组成,详细论述了海洋经济运行监测系统、海洋经济评估系统、海洋经济GIS支持系统的功能模块。通过模拟测试,系统表现出优越的性能。通过系统建设,实现了全省海洋经济数据的"原始"采集,进而实现海洋经济评估,为海洋渔业管理部门提供信息服务和决策支持。
