以沈阳工业大学为例浅析划转院校的发展战略选择与实践

本文以沈阳工业大学为例,分析了由于受到地方经济发展状况、学校发展理念和国家支持力度的制约,划转院校发展过程中遇到了很大困难。在这种情况下,划转院校在发展战略上应当处理好三个关系,抓住两个关键点。即,要处理好立足行业与服务地方、提高学科综合实力与强化传统学科优势、教学与科研这三个关系;要抓住人才队伍建设和学校内部管理体制改革这两个关键点。

Cases on Shenyang University of Technology to Analyze Development Strategic Choices and Practice of Transfer Colleges

Taking Shenyang University of Technology as an example,this article analyzes transfer colleges and universities faced the great difficulties in the process of the development,which resulted from the limitation of local economic development situation,school development concepts and national support strength.In this case,transfer colleges should properly deal with three relationships,and take two key points in the development strategy.Namely,to properly handle the three relations including basing on industry and servicing the local,improving the comprehensive strength of the disciplines and strengthen the advantages of the traditional academic disciplines,teaching and scientific research,grasp these two key points-talent team construction and school internal management system reform.
