| 摘 要： | 政府采购的电子化是提高政府采购效率和效益的有效途径。衡量政府电子采购的绩效更是政府采购管理中重要的课题。本文试图在归纳整理相关效益评估文献的基础上,建构评估政府采购电子化的相关绩效衡量指标。

| Abstract: | In recent years,e-procurement has been viewed as an effective approach for efficiency gains in government. The effectiveness evaluation of governmental e-procurement is an important part in managment of governmental purchase. At the base of reviewing relative literatures, this paper try to establish a scientific and comprehensive index system of evaluating the governmental purchase effectiveness. |
