顶岗实习对构建独立学院应用型管理人才实践教学体系的探索——以延安大学西安创新学院为例

顶岗实习是高职院校实践教学的重要环节,独立学院因培养层次与高职有别,很少采用这种实践教学形式。受多种因素影响,独立学院管理类专业实践教学存在诸多问题,其培养应用型管理人才的目标无法保证,在这种背景下,顶岗实习作为独立学院应用型管理人才实践教学体系的组成部分成为可能。文章从延安大学西安创新学院管理类专业实践教学体系存在的问题出发,讨论了顶岗实习对应用型本科人才培养的意义,阐述了顶岗实习在管理类专业实践教学体系的地位、作用,并就做好顶岗实习提出了几点建议。

Exploration on the Role of Post Practice in Constructing Practice Teaching System of Application Management Personnel in Independent College:Taking Xi'an Creation College of Yan'an University as an Example

Post practice in higher vocational colleges is an important link of practice teaching. As the training level of independent colleges is different from higher vocational colleges, independent colleges seldom use the practice teaching method. The goal of training application management personnel can not assure in independent universities, for practice teaching of independent college management major exists many problems under the influence of various factors. Post practice is possible to become a part of practice teaching system in independent college under this background. Starting from the problems in practice teaching system of Xi＂ an Creation College of Yah＂ an University, this paper discussed the meaning of post practice in the application personnel training, described the role in practice teaching system of management major, and presents several suggestions.
