| 摘 要： | 文章分析了目前医院固定资产管理中普遍存在的问题,从强化管理意识、加强管理队伍建设、建立健全固定资产管理制度、加强资产的使用管理和内部流程建设等方面提出了相应的改进措施,旨在完善医院固定资产管理,提高固定资产管理效率,为医院的发展提供坚实的物质基础。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the issues of current hospital fixed asset management,puts forward the corresponding measures for improvement,such as intensifying management awareness,strengthening the construction of management team,setting up and perfecting the fixed assets management system,strengthening the use of asset management and construction of internal processes and other aspects,to perfect the hospital fixed asset management,improve the efficiency of fixed assets management,and provide a solid material foundation for hospital’s development. |
