英语单项技能训练与应用型人才培养的探索研究

随着我国对外经济的快速发展,社会对人才的使用提出了更高的要求,懂外语、用外语的高素质的新型人才日益受到各类用人单位的青睐。而高职外语教学作为职业教育的一门主要课程,担负着培养新型优秀人才的重要使命。可是目前高职外语教学培养模式相对滞后,尚不能满足市场对"技能+外语"型人才,即应用型人才的要求。作者通过英语单项技能训练就培养应用型人才进行了探索研究。

A Study of Individual Skill Drills and the Training of Application-based Talent in English Teaching

With China’s rapid development of foreign economy,the society needs higher requirements for talent.The new talent with high quality will be increasingly welcomed by the enterprises.Foreign language teaching as a major course in higher vocational college is playing an important role in training new excellent talent.But the current model of foreign language teaching in higher vocational college is relatively static,and cannot meet the needs of the market for the application-based talent with "skill plus foreign language".The author attempts to explore and study the application-based talent training through individual skill drills.
