| 摘 要： | 学风是校风的重要组成部分,学风建设是提高教育质量、培养合格人才的需要。如何抓好大学生的学风已成为众多高校关注的问题。高校辅导员与学生接触时间最长、关系最密切的老师,充分发挥辅导员在学风建设中的引导和促进作用,能够进一步推进高校学风建设。
