| 摘 要： | 近年来,陕西省尤其是西安市的住宅价格持续快速上升。本文从决定价格的需求和供给两方面入手,分析了陕西省住宅价格快速上升的原因,并针对需求过旺、成本上升等成因提出了相应对策建议。

| Abstract: | The housing prices of Shaanxi Province,especially of Xi＇an,maintained a sustained rapid growth in recent years.Starting from the decisive factors of price,supply and demand,the reasons for the rapid growth of the housing prices are analyzed.Countermeasures are put forward to tackle the problems of the causes of the price rise,including the excess demand and the rising costs. |
