摘    要:SA8000社会责任标准是欧美国家发起和推广的一项国际劳工标准,其宗旨是保护劳动者权益,最终实现全球体面劳动,因此具有一定的时代特征和积极意义,值得我国借鉴。本文在分析SA8000社会责任标准的内容体系与运作机制基础上,从保护劳动者视角对该标准进行了理性思考,并结合我国当前劳动者权益保护中存在的问题提出了具体的措施建议。

Abstract:The SA8000 social responsibility standard is sponsored and popularized by western countries. Its aim is to protect the labor rights and achieve global decent work at last, so it has certain features of times and positive significance and is worth to use for reference for our country. This paper thinks rationally from the labor protection angle and puts forward specific measures and suggests according to the problems existing in the current labor rights protection of our country based on analyzing the content system and operating mechanisms.
