摘    要:近年来,高校"学习型班级"建设逐渐成为现代高校教育改革的发展方向。针对当前"90后"青年独特的心理行为特点及高校"学习型班级"建设的无力感,本文将从团队学习、共同愿景、系统思考等方面对"90后"大学生构建"学习型班级"的瓶颈进行分析,并分别针对以上困难提出可行性方案,以求唤醒学生的自我学习意识,及团队凝聚力,塑造良好的班级氛围。

Abstract:In recent years,building "learning class" has become the direction of the modern university education reform development. For the unique psychological and behavioral characteristics of the current "After 90' s"young people and the construction powerlessness of college "learning class," this article analyed the bottlenecks and difficulties of building "Learning Class" in "After 90' s" university students, from some aspects, such as team learning, shared vision, systems thinking, and so on. Then gave the contermeasures against the feasibility of the above programs, in order to awake awareness of student self-learning, and team cohesion to create a good class atmosphere.
