| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国对上市公司的管理虽然日渐规范,但仍存在很多问题,上市公司财务舞弊问题屡禁不止。本文以欢瑞影视财务舞弊为例,基于GONE理论对其财务舞弊动因进行分析,并提出相关改进建议,希望能给其他上市公司提供借鉴和帮助。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up,although the management of listed companies in China has been standardized day by day,there are still many problems,and the financial fraud of listed companies has been prohibited for many times.This paper takes HuanRui film and television financial fraud as an example,based on the GONE theory to analyze the causes of financial fraud,and puts forward relevant improvement suggestions,hoping to provide reference and help to other listed companies. |
