| 摘 要： | 针对昆明市老旧小区增设电梯集体行动难、资金筹措难、审批程序难困境,本文基于目前昆明市老旧小区增设电梯工作的进展情况,并结合其他城市增设电梯政策和实践经验,为昆明市老旧小区增设电梯提出几点应对策略。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the difficulties of collective action,fund raising,and difficult approval procedures for installing elevators in old communities in Kunming,based on the current progress of installing elevators in old communities in Kunming and combines the policies and practical experience of installing elevators in other cities,this article puts forward several countermeasures for installing elevators in old communities in Kunming. |
