| 摘 要： | 随着国家经济的发展,对现有土地的利用率要求也不断提高,商品住宅在城市建设中也越来越普遍,而商品住宅的施工管理也随之成为建筑施工管理中的重点课题。本文针对商品住宅的施工特点进行了分析,通过对商品住宅各阶段施工部署进行的分析,制订了如何提高建筑施工技术管理水平的方法和策略。

| Abstract: | With the development of the national economy,the requirements for the utilization of existing land are also increasing,and commercial housing is becoming more and more common in urban construction,and the construction management of commercial housing has also become a key topic in construction management.This article analyzes the construction characteristics of commercial housing.Through the analysis of the construction and deployment of commercial housing in various stages,it formulates methods and strategies for how to improve the technical management level of building construction. |
