| 摘 要： | 本文抽取B市房地产企业工程技术人员174名进行职业倦怠问卷调查,以探讨B市房地产企业工程技术人员职业倦怠现状,研究表明:B市房地产企业工程技术人员的职业倦怠程度整体得分为3.91,属于中等程度,尚未出现严重的职业倦怠状况。其中家庭常住地以外工作、未婚和工作年限在21-30年的这三类工程技术人员职业倦怠感较高,需引起重视。

| Abstract: | This article selects 174 engineering and technical personnel from real estate companies in city B to conduct job burnout questionnaire survey and investigate the status of professional and technical burnout among engineering and technical personnel in city B.The research shows that the overall score of engineering and technical personnel of real estate companies in city B is 3.91,which belongs to a moderate level,no serious burnout has occurred.Among them,the three types of engineering and technical personnel who work outside the family’s usual place of residence,are unmarried,and have a working life of 21-30 years have high job burnout and need attention. |
