富水软岩斜井井筒涌水防治与围岩稳定研究

摘    要:为了解决西部地区第四系、新近系富水软岩斜井施工中出现的岩石塑性变形、承载能力差、机械设备下沉、底板泥泞等问题,以伊犁一矿三个斜井井筒为工程背景,提出了井点降水、倾斜地层小巷截水、井内导水、井上下相向掘进放水等方法;对影响井筒围岩稳定的新近系黏土层进行了分析,采取钢棚支架加固、及时进行混凝土浇注、开展变形量监测等措施,取得了良好的效果。结果表明,井筒涌水量防治是解决岩层失稳问题的关键,新近系黏土层是井筒稳定性管理的重点,通过有效治水+关键部位加固的方式,可有效解决制约井筒施工的技术难题,保障井筒安全施工。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of rock plastic deformation,poor bearing capacity,mechanical equipment sinking,and muddy floor in inclined shaft construction of Quaternary and Neogene water rich soft rock in Western China,in the engineering background of 3 inclined shafts in Yili No.1 Coal Mine,this paper puts forward the method of well-points dewatering,water interception in inclined stratum,water diversion in the well,tunnelling in the opposite direction.This paper analyzes Neogene clay layer which affect the wellbore stability,the measures of steel shed reinforcement,cast concrete in time and deformation monitoring,all these methods have produced good results.The results show that shaft water prevention is key method to solve the problem of rock instability,Neogene clay is the key point of wellbore stability management.Effective water control and reinforcement of key parts will solve the technical problems of the shaft construction and ensure the safe construction.
