江苏省科技成果转化对比分析

为增强江苏省技术创新能力,建设科技创新型强省,江苏省出台并实施了一系列科技成果转化政策和措施,主要通过加强专项资金管理等方式,促进科技成果产业化,扶持科技自主创新,推动了江苏省经济的发展。本文从江苏省13个市出发,利用对比分析法,分析了苏南和苏北地区科技成果的投入和产出能力,得出苏南地区科技成果转化能力整体较强。最后,对江苏省进行科技成果转化提出参考建议。

Comparative Analysis of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Jiangsu Province

In order to enhance the technological innovation capability of Jiangsu Province and build a strong technological innovation province, Jiangsu Province has issued and implemented a series of policies and measures for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, mainly by strengthening the management of special funds to promote the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, support independent innovation of science and technology, and promote the economic development of Jiangsu Province. Starting from 13 cities in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the input and output capabilities of scientific and technological achievements in southern and northern Jiangsu using comparative analysis, and concludes that the overall transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements in southern Jiangsu is relatively strong. Finally, it provides reference suggestions for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu Province.
