Supply chain management is an important part of the general contracting project,and it is the embodiment of the management level of an engineering company and affects the competitiveness of the engineering company.In this paper,through the characteristics analysis and the risk identification of the supply chain of the general contracting project,combining management theory and engineering practice,this paper studies the countermeasures of the engineering supply chain management,and discusses the general contracting project supply chain management mode.
