新冠疫情对中小型制造企业生产经营的影响--基于佛山250家制造业企业的调查

本文采用250份佛山中小型制造业企业的调查数据,研究新冠疫情对佛山市中小型制造企业生产经营的影响。调查结果显示:新冠疫情对佛山中小型制造企业的产能有较大影响,23%的企业产能利用率不足50%,产能利用在70%以上的只占52%;在供应链波动方面,近7成企业手上订单仅可维持一个月的生产,紧缺原材料涨幅较大;对预期营收影响较大,绝大部分企业上半年预计营收都不同程度的下降;疫情也对企业投资信心造成巨大影响,超过半数的企业无法按照原计划进行投资;大部分企业存在资金缺口,只有36%的企业资金基本正常。政府应采取积极的政策加大金融、财税支持力度,帮助企业有序复工复产、稳岗和社会保障等方面的支持力度,同时加强法律等特殊援助,保障企业尽快正常生产经营。企业自身也需积极作为,加强企业自身抗击风险的能力,持续提升核心竞争力。

The Impact of 2019-nCoV on the Production and Operation of Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises:Based on the Survey of 250 Manufacturing Enterprises in Foshan

This article uses 250 survey data of Foshan small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to study the impact of the 2019-nCoV on the production and operation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Foshan.The survey results show that the new crown epidemic has a greater impact on the production capacity of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Foshan.23%of the enterprises have a capacity utilization rate of less than 50%,and those with capacity utilization of more than 70%account for only 52%;in terms of supply chain volatility,nearly 70%of the orders on hand can only maintain one month of production,and the shortage of raw materials has increased significantly;it has a greater impact on expected revenue,and most companies expect revenue to decline to varying degrees in the first half of the year;the 2019-nCoV also has a huge impact on corporate investment confidence,and more than half of companies cannot invest as originally planned;most companies have a capital gap,and only 36%of the funds are basically normal.The government should adopt proactive policies to increase financial,fiscal and tax support,help enterprises to resume work in an orderly manner and resume production,stabilize jobs and social security,and strengthen special assistance such as laws to ensure normal production and operation of enterprises as soon as possible.Enterprises themselves also need to take active actions to strengthen their own ability to combat risks and continue to enhance their core competitiveness.
