| 摘 要： | 填充色谱柱符合试验要求,但测定时发生色谱峰出现拖尾现象,曾改变参数和进样量,无明显改善,将填充色谱柱进气端进行掏空合适的一段距离,色谱峰完全改善,恢复正常。

| Abstract: | Filled chromatographic column meets the test requirements, but the chromatographic peak tailing phenomenon happens when testing. Changing the parameters and sample size, no significant improvement. Hollowing some distance at the intake end of filled chromatographic column, the chromatographic peak becomes normal and completely improved. |
