Present Development and Economics of Green Building under the 12th Five-year Plan:Taking Xuzhou,the Central City of the Northern Jiangsu Economic Zone,as an Example

Green building is an inevitable trend of the current development of construction industry.This paper summarizes domestic development status and existing problems of green building.This paper expounds domestic green building technology choices and economic analyses depending on the example of projects under construction in Xuzhou new urban area.By doing this,this paper highlights the advantages of green buildings.The author explores the future development of China's green building by comparing with foreign advanced concepts.
