“套餐式”民族体育选项课理论构建及实践研究

将两个项目的民族传统体育项目进行相互搭配,形成普通高等学校"套餐式"的体育选项课内容之一。对学生进行选项前后关于民族体育文化的认知程度,身体形态、机能、素质指标测试,并对测试结果进行数理统计分析比较,结果表明",套餐式"民族体育选项课对学生对民族体育文化的认知程度、学生身体形态、机能、素质有着明显的改善和提高。同时不同组合的搭配对学生身体形态、机能、素质的影响存在一定的差异。

To Build "Packaged" National Sports Options Theory and Practice

This paper conducted mutual match to the traditional nation sport system in two projects to form one content of the "packaged" nationalsports options of institutions of higher learning,tested the students’ awareness levels to national sports culture,body shape,function and quality index,and made mathematical statistical analysis to the test results.The results indicate that the "packaged" national sports options can improve and enhancethe students’ awareness levels to national sports culture,body shape,function and quality index,and different combinations can produce differentinfluence.
