| 摘 要： | 技术创新能力是石油企业技术创新的主体,对石油企业发展起着至关重要的作用,它直接关系到石油企业未来发展空间和发展方向,影响石油企业的竞争力。文章首先分析了企业技术创新能力评价指标体系的构建原则,根据其构建原则,建立了石油企业技术创新评价指标体系,并基于DEA评价模型,对石油企业技术创新能力进行评价和分析。

| Abstract: | The ability of technological innovation is the subject of technological innovation of the oil companies,it plays a vital role in development of oil enterprise,and it is directly related to the future space and direction of development of oil companies,and affects the oil companies’ competitiveness.The article analyzes the construction principle of evaluation index system of the enterprises’ ability of technological innovation,and then builds evaluation index system of technological innovation of oil companies in accordance with construction principle,and makes the evaluation and analysis on the ability of technological innovation of oil companies. |
