| 摘 要： | 企业退休干部是我国老干部队伍的重要组成部分,是我国社会主义建设、改革开放的有功之臣,为国有企业的建立和发展作出了重要的历史性贡献。他们是巩固党的执政基础和执政地位的重要政治力量,也是不可忽视的人才资源和智力资源宝库。如何以科学发展观为指导,做好企业退休干部的管理和服务工作,对于贯彻落实党的方针政策,维护企业稳定,促进企业发展,建设和谐社会有着十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Retired cadres of enterprises are important part of our veteran cadre team,are the meritorious persons of China’s socialist construction,reform and opening up,and they make an important historical contribution to the establishment and development of state-owned enterprises.They are important political force of consolidating Party’s ruling foundation and position,also are the treasure house of human resources and intellectual resources can not be ignored.How to do a good job in management and services of retired cadres of enterprises,taking scientific concept of development as guidance,has very important significance for implementing Party’s principles and policies,maintaining corporate stability,promoting enterprise development and building a harmonious society. |
