| 摘 要： | 对建筑信息模型的相关定义进行了综合分析,明确了其特点。建立了建筑信息模型概念框架,认为建筑信息模型是一个综合多维度不同因素的集合体,在其中,模型是基础、核心和对象,技术是实现和应用建筑信息模型的基础,合同、管理措施是建筑信息模型的保障,而建筑信息模型是一个集成化、综合性的过程。同时,分析了在模型、技术、合同、管理方面所包含的工作内容及未来研究的发展方向,并得出了结论。

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed multiple related definitions of Building Information Modeling(BIM),and further defined the characteristics of BIM.A conceptual framework of BIM is established.In this framework,BIM is an integrated aggregation with multi-dimensional factors.Model is the foundation,core and objects of BIM,technology is a foundation for the implementation and application of BIM,contract and management is ensured to BIM.BIM is an integrated,comprehensive process.At the same time,the paper analyzes the working content for model,technology,contract and management,and it draws a conclusion. |
