| 摘 要： | 在毕业实习过程中,要充分发挥学生的主观能动性,不断培养学生的创新能力和动手能力,才能将学生所学基础理论知识灵活运用于解决实际工作中的相应问题。结合近年指导学生毕业实习的经验,就土木工程专业本科毕业实习阶段的创新目标制定、思想动员工作和考核制度体系等方面进行了探索。

| Abstract: | During the graduation practice process,to fully play the subjective initiative of students and continue to develop students’ creative abilities and skills can make the students use the basic knowledge to solve practical problems.Combining with experience in guiding students’ graduation in recent years,the paper explores the development of innovation goals,ideas mobilization work,evaluation system and other aspects of graduation practice of civil engineering major. |
