工作绩效结构研究综述

摘    要:作为在西方组织心理学领域被研究了百年的概念,工作绩效已不是一个新的研究议题,然而近些年,随着国外关于工作绩效以及战略性绩效研究的兴起,工作绩效结构问题又成为研究的热点。国内外学者在传统的绩效结构基础上,构建了不同的绩效结构框架,或者对于绩效结构的拓展做出了进一步的研究,本文结合国内外工作绩效结构的研究进展,进一步澄清工作绩效的结构问题。

Abstract:Job performance has been studied by western organization in the field of psychology;it is not a new research topic.However,in recent year,with the appearance of the study about job performance and strategic performance,the study of job performance structure has become the hot research topic.Based on the traditional performance structure,the article constructs different performance structure framework,and makes an advanced study on the expansion of performance structure.Combining with the study of job performance structure abroad,the article further clarify the structure of job performance.
