行动导向教学法在高职《精密铸造技术》教学中的应用

《精密铸造技术》是材料成型专业的一门实践性很强的专业核心课程,主要任务是使学生掌握精密铸造理论基础和熔模铸造工艺,能编制熔模铸造工艺规程卡,了解精密铸造车间的管理和生产,以及分析问题和解决问题的能力。依照职业岗位标准为学生设计了《精密铸造技术》的学习情境,通过学习情境的实施使学生掌握精密铸造的基本技能,培养其综合素质,以达到该课程的培养目标。相关研究成果与结论不仅对《精密铸造技术》教学改革有借鉴作用,而且对于其他相关课程的教学改革也具有一定的参考作用。

Application of Action-oriented Teaching Method in Teaching of Precision Casting Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges

The Precision Casting Technology is a professional core course with stronger practice for material molding specialty.The course’s main tasks are to train the students to master the basic theory of precision casting and molding process,enable the students to prepare casting precision process card,understand management and production of precision casting workshop,and grasp the ability to analyze and solve the problems.Based occupation standard,the paper designs the situation of study for Precision Casting Technology,in which students can grasp basic skills of precision casting and develop their comprehensive quality to achieve the training purpose of the course.The relevant research results and conclusion not only have reference to the teaching reform of Precision Casting Technology,but also have reference to the teaching reform of other relevant courses.
