摘    要:轮毂是整个风力发电机组重要部件之一,它要保证机组在遭受一些恶劣外部条件下运行正常,它要有足够的强度和刚度,能够承载各种的负荷情况。因此有必要在极限载荷条件下对轮毂进行静强度分析和模态分析,从中找出最危险的部位,为轮毂设计提供可靠的依据,以确定整个轮毂的应力分布情况。另外根据轮毂强度计算的余量,以达到减轻重量,降低成本的目的,必要时对轮毂进行优化设计分析。

Abstract:Hub is an important component of Wind turbine for its complex shape.It must have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the units can operate normally under various loads.But also to ensure the units are subject to a number of adverse external conditions1].Therefore,it is necessary to calculate static and fatigue analysis under various ultimateloads,which can display the distribution of stress,and find out the most dangerous locations.
