发展经济学论“两课”是高校提升大学生就业竞争“软实力”的重要平台

目前伴随着中国大学生就业难的问题,国内很多企业也出现了用工难;大学生找不到合适的工作,企业也找不到得心应手的员工,而其中问题主要集中在当今大学生非常欠缺坚实的就业竞争"软实力",如正确的就业观、必备的职业素养、良好的品行修养等。提升大学生就业"软实力"已成为全社会关注的问题,高校的"两课"是提高大学生就业"软实力"的重要平台,学校可以通过调整教学理念,改革教学教法,完善教学内容,进一步加强理想信念教育、道德修养教育、创新创业教育,使大学生们能够树立正确的人生观、价值观、就业观。

Along with the difficult problem of employment of university students,many domestic enterprises have also appeared the difficult problem in employment.College students find the right job difficultly;companies can not find capable staff.The main problem is that the college students at present lack of strong competition soft power,such as the correct concept of employment,the necessary career competence,and good quality.Enhancing the university students’ employment "soft power" has become a social concern,the ideological and political education classes is an important platform to improve the employment of university students "soft power".Schools can adjust their teaching philosophy,reform teaching methods,improve the teaching content,further strengthen the ideals,beliefs,ethics education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,the students were able to establish a correct outlook on life,values,employment outlook.
