| 摘 要： | 集体备课是提高备课水平和教育教学质量的重要方法之一,也是加强教学团队建设,实现教学知识、资源共享和优化教育教学过程的有效方式。本文在怎样集体备课,如何规范集体备课内容和程序,集体备课应注意的事项和要解决的问题,集体备课在教学管理过程中的价值和意义几个方面进行了归纳和阐述。

| Abstract: | The collective preparation of lessons is one of important ways to improve level of preparing lessons and quality of education and teaching,also is an effective way to strengthen teaching team building,achieve sharing of teaching knowledge and resources,optimize process of education and teaching.This paper summarized and elaborated aspects,such as ways to collective preparation of lessons,how to its contents and procedure,matters needing attention and problems to be solved,as well as the value and significance of collective preparation of lessons in process of teaching management. |
