| 摘 要： | 在新的市场经济环境下,人力资源对于现代企业可以说是最宝贵的战略资源之一。是其在激烈的市场竞争中赖以生存和发展的物质基础。现代技术和现代管理可以说是现代企业的两大支柱。实现现代管理的前提是要有一套符合企业实际的现代管理体制,其关键在于用人机制。
