国际贸易中技术标准化建设问题分析

在全球自由贸易环境下,努力保护和追求本国本民族利益的最大化是每个经济体的最终目的,充分合理利用GATT/WTO规则是达到目的的主要途径和手段,设立和突破绿色贸易壁垒的关键在于提升技术标准。中国作为发展中国家,只有把推动科技自主创新摆在全部科技工作的突出位置、把提升科技自主创新能力作为提高国家竞争力的中心环节、加强技术标准化建设,才能提高产品的市场竞争力,才能在国际贸易中占据有利位置。

The Analysis on Techniques Standardization Construction in International Trade

Under the global free trade environment,making great efforts to protect and run after max benefit of the nationality is the ultimate purpose of every economy body.Sufficiently using of the GATT/WTO rulers is a main approach and mean to achieve this purpose.The primary method to set up or break down the green trade wall is to promote self technical standard.As a developing country,China must drive science and technology independent innovation,enhance technical standard construction,and take the above as a very important thing.Then,it can improve country competition,and occupy an advantageous location in international trade.
