| 摘 要： | 当今的企业绩效评价方法已经不适用于企业的发展,为了建立企业绩效综合评价模型,在由基本的财务指标构成的财务分析体系基础上,将BP神经网络应用于绩效综合评价中,以企业历史数据作为BP神经网络的训练样本,用训练好的BP网络评价企业当期各方面的绩效,能达到令人满意的评价效果。

| Abstract: | The enterprise achievements evaluation method did not suit to the enterprise＇s development, in order to design a model of the integrated evaluation method for the enterprise achievement, the neural network is applied to the integrated evaluation method based on the financial index system. It can evaluate the enterprise achievements through training formal fingers, which has a satisfied effect. |
